Its nice, but the transition from asphault to water at the bottom right is flat and doesn't look right. maybe just because its zoomed out?

Yeah I know. Fortunately when you're in the city you don't really see that part. And you don't see it much during the turret chapter, either (that part is out of view range).
As I said, functional.

Hmm yes I remember that stage in Rush. It was hard to beat even when I manually added triggers to turn on your cheat switches and had that big gun that you equipped with the nuke silo. But when you are making stacked buildings in Badlands, try to never leave a building with no decoration. Use the tiles with windows on them or add sprites because in today's modern world where would you find a bare building in the city.
