Anyone with less than zero minerals now has zero minerals. I opted for the one time fix all instead of going through all of the members.

Please consider my suggestion of keeping Staff mineral counts forever stuck on 1337.

Not a chance in hell I reset all those mineral counts manually, I wrote a script. Wouldn't matter who I was.
