QUOTE
Prey is an easy ride through an alien world that doesn't cash in on all its potential but still offers enough thrills to make it a worthwhile trip.
The Good: Great-looking graphics; occasional flashes of really interesting gameplay ideas.
The Bad: Lacks any challenge; aliens speak english and sound dumb doing so; action is overly straightforward.
QUOTE(Quick Review)
Players take on the role of Tommy, a Cherokee Indian who has been abducted (along with his loved ones) by a race of hostile aliens. He is taken aboard a ship which he must battle through in a quest to find his girlfriend along with plenty of revenge. Taking advantage of an alien arsenal, Tommy will walk up walls, shift gravity around, and jump through mysterious portals. He is also aided by powers granted to him by his spirit ancestors, which include astral projection and coming back from the dead. He also has an animal spirit to help guide him. Blending together incredible sci-fi action and Cherokee mythology, Prey is a gaming experience that can't be missed!
