Ok, after a few weeks of testing for balance changes and such, I finally have finished Defend the Cannon. Not like any of you were expecting it but of course I am happy. What you do is defend white's photon cannon. It is part melee, part micro, part bound , and part genius biggrin.gif
There is a way to speed up mining by recalling your probes when the arb is over water. A cool little glitch that is rather useful in this. I hope it is not fixed in a future patch. You buy things to defend against the 25ish levels that all try to kill white's cannon. Hence the name. Yellow attacks you and you must have good counters. Upgrading may seem expensive at 1st but in the long run it's wise. And don't tell me that something is unbalanced or the bound is too easy/hard, it's just you. I myself have not beaten it yet, mostly because someone always leaves, or players just suck. IF you DO beat it please send me the replay. And, as usual, I encourage constuctive criticism, which does not not include: DUDE YOUR MAP SUCKS YOU N00B or anything like that. If you do/don't like it please tell me why. Sorry, but the map seems too non-original to play. Build to defend something? Been done. Bound + Defense? Been done. Try putting this map in the MiP thread before you release it so you can get helpful hints from experienced map makers.
