Well after the site nuke, I think it was time we get things moving along here so I want to make a thread that covers the basics for all 3 systems (360, PS3, Wii). If anyone would like to write a write-up for any of these consoles, I'll be happy to post it in this first post.

Why not just go to nintendo.com for the wii and what ever websites are used for ps3 and xbox 360. I dont think we should even have this it will just turn into a wii vs xbox vs ps3 topic.

That's the whole point here. Instead of people going to a Wii, PS3 or 360 site and get biased opinions that this console is better, we get our forumgoers posting information for people to look at here. I'm not asking for which is better, but what each do.

No really, PC own all of these because you can play any game of those game on PC as well.

Uh... how about every recent console emulation..? From DS.. PS2(it's getting better.) Xbox... Gamecube.. lol...
You won't be getting a computer worth using electricity on for less than 100 dollars.. lol.. 200... maybe a celeron with intergrated graphics and 40 gb HD?
Hey, lets not forget quality either. Some games just aren't nearly as fun on a computer =\

And hey, multiplayer support? I GET THE ARROWS YOU GET WASD!!! 3 players? good luck.. (talking about at home..) but no games support in home multiplayer like that.. :\

Not true sir! Vista might seem pretty stupid, I hear ppl all over the place saying Apple copier! But not true at all. Direct X 10 is really makes Window Vista speical for us. That thing is just amazing! Computer gaming and etc, are going to see a huge impact in the upcoming years. Direct X 10 will change how game graphic is and it will be just amazing!... And yea myspace is very stupid... and it does piss me off, but if you havent notice the site got a little better than it first came out... Atleast they are making improvements..

I mostly agree with rednara(especialy the ps3 being a waste of money) but I dont think 360 wins the "game" award. Its just that its the only one of the 3 thats accutaly released. Maybe you can find a newer pic of the wii because that pic still says "revolution". Maybe this[attachmentid=20782] or this [attachmentid=20783]

Well, the ds currently has about 300 games due to all the 3rd party companies developing games and that system is 2-3 years old im guessing so the Wii could probably put em out just as fast because it isnt complicated techonology compared to 360/ps3. ps3 will definatly be in last due to the fact that games range from 60-100$

Xbox 360 : Horrible start

Wii: Bad reputation for "Kiddy" games

PS3: Price jacked upp WAY too high.

My opinion: Systems aren't going to do well at all, but the only thing that's going to be a huge success...which it already is, is the Nintendo DS.

Winner: Nintendo DS.
