Of course if you have'nt seen my last post on units spawning, which I was questionning on how to evolute (switch) the unit that spawns for a certain amounts of kills. Well I just wanna know briefly how to create and use (activate) a switch in a trigger. Your help is pleased and needed your dear okidoki)Hk( cool1.gif

Set a trigger for a switch (switch 1 is set, then have it do what you want) then at at what you want occurs then have set switch 1. Then when you want that to stop, hit End switch 1!

death counters would be more pratical if theres gonna be more then 1 player, unless they all advance at the same time no matter what

Kills are at most 100
spawn scv at location 1/preserve

kills are at most 200
spawn marine/preserve

kills are at most 500
spawn ghost/preserve

you get the idea right?

pretty much to 'activate' a switch you say set switch in the actions and then it's 'activated' (switches start out cleared) when it is set the condition to detect that it is 'activated' would be if switch 1 is set then...

Deaths are better than switches:
1- there are mutliple option;
2- less scripts used.

Unless i'm mistaken, doesn't that make all three conditions met since it's "at most"?

You're right, in order for his way to work you would need to include the kills at least condition too. But I already posted that in his other thread. That tutorial should have everything that you need to learn about switches in it.
