I've asked this before, but I don't think I ever got a response...
Can we create another DLDB section under the Modding category, namely GRPs...
GRPs are StarCraft graphics files that are
a) in very short supply, as they are hard to make,
and b) scattered over many sites, a few of which have died/are dying.
It would be good if SEN would host these, both to have a central place to store them and to have a backup location so these files are not lost.

I make grps alot, but often delete them before I get a chance to use them. (This would also give me an excuse to upload files.)

I think that not only GRPs but SEN needs a lot of improvment in the modding areas, but mainly in GRPs since SEN has.. None?

Yeah this is a good idea, i could upload all the GRPs i made but am not using anywhere. Maybe others would find a use for them.

I'm not a dldb ser although i do DL some required files from there, but i certainly do not know the features it has.
The point is that as a suggestion, it would be a good idea to have a frame of the grp (submitted by the author/uploader) so people actually see what they are downloading and not just a name.

I'll be adding an image to all the GRP files if they don't have one.

I think something like this should require a mod able to recognize the beta graphics, since it is illegal to host them.
I could probably (unoficially) moderate the area, PMing a mod when I see a beta graphic (I can recognize most/all beta stuff)

You might also want to include .pcx and .smk files so that we can have portraits and general graphics too.
