I'm surprised that nobody has caught Heegu's avatar yet.
As far as I know, anything that would be censored on network television isn't allowed on SEN.
I'm thinking of a PM along the following lines:
"Dear Heegu,
Your avatar has been removed for the following reason:
No seriously though, we can't have avatars flipping people off, even if it's the President of the United States -- in fact, that does make it worse.
Enjoy the rest of your non-nucular experience at SEN!

Moose (or whoever)"

I don't see how that makes it worse, if anything I'd get more offended if it was someone flipping off a person with disabilities rather then power. (As most of us can relate to being less than optimistic towards the rich and powerful.)
