There was a bug a while ago where the "rate" paramater had no limit.

The limit was the number of characters a php variable could hold.

Yeah, I added in a check to make sure inputs are between 0 and 10 several months (maybe a year?) ago. Some remnants from that bug are logically still lingering.

Now it says "Nice try, buddy." if you try rating high than ten. Or atleast something to that effect.
