I have tried dat.edit and couldnt find out how to add the stuff i edited to SC.
I used and completed a trigger with SCtrigger but cant find out how to add the please help

A few questions:
What did you save your .dat file as?
Where did you export it to?
Were you running your MPQ through MPQDraft?

Ok, then that's the problem.
After saving your file as units.dat, you must open WinMPQ and create a new MPQ. Click Add, select your units.dat file. In the box that pops up, type arr\ and click OK. The MPQ is automatically saved.
Now, open MPQDraft. Select StarCraft, hit next. Find your MPQ and check its box. Click Next, and then Finish.
MPQDraft and WinMPQ can be found in our DLDB.

SCTrigger would be in staredit assistance, though.
For sctrigger, you simply set up the bonus you want per x number of kills of what for what player, and save the triggers. Once you save the triggers, you need to use xtra or SF to load the triggers back into the map. The program itself is quite self-explanatory, basically a single-purpose trigger duplicator for kills to cash. Once you know that as its purpose it's quite easy to catch, once you get the idea you have to load the triggers into the map.
If you still don't get SCTrigger, I'll go more in depth.

How do i post an MPQ here beacause the board has to approve of it. Plus whenever i type in arr\ it wont load the file onto the MPQ

I'm extremely confused by your question. Are you having trouble with DatEdit or SCTrigger?
DatEdit, I would move this to Modding Assistance.
SCTrigger, it exports files as .trg and you import them via Campaign Editor.
