I've never seen a nuke which is actually 'controllable' mellow.gif, I did heard it was possible though.

But anyway, you didn't want that to happen so lets fix that. Before I can help you though it would be rather handy if you would give me an unprotected map, since I can't open this one (or unprotect it, for that matter :/ ).

It might be that the nuke goes up again because it moves through a location at the bottom where the nuke AI is running, or something like that. Or it might be that the nuke gets deleted as soon as it gets down and a new one is spawned.
I suggest you move the locations so the nuke will not encounter any location on its trip.
Btw, did you notice that all those other ghosts who get spawned DO nuke normally?

PS: I'm not an expert with the nuke AI script, so forgive me if I sayd something stupid

Yes, I did. But I did not use anything to make them and they nuke a non-existing location.

This is completely crazy blink.gif. Suddenly, without any obvious reason the computer will keep spawning terran ghosts at three different non-existing locations for player 8 (which owns all the triggers, and the nukes). One ghost of every of three spawn points will go nuke at a non-existing place, until they get killed by a random nuke.

There are no ghost spawning triggers, no locations which are moved, no buildings which allow ghost construction, etc. There is a location though which is used to target a nuke, but that one is miles away from the bombing area of those 'ghost ghosts'.

Completely wacked w00t.gif.

CVJX, I suggest you place the unprotected map here as well. I have no idea what in the name of whoever is happening here.

I know this one. One of the "AI Nuke" scripts spawns Ghosts and Nukes in an odd fashion--you are using that, right? It sounds like it...try the other "AI Nuke here" script.

i can never get the AI Nuke here to work at all

The nuking script is strange because it was designed for use in a very specific campaign map - hence it creates ghosts at strange locations and nukes strange places.

If you're using the right script (I didn't know there was more than one AI Nuke here script...), make sure that the computer has an available ghost to nuke with, and a filled nuke silo. But I'm no expert on this either.

i don't think the presence of a ghost affects anything, although i do believe having nukes ready does(what and how it affects i dunno)( i remember in expansion level 'ground zero,' triggers created some nuke siles for the ghosts to kick your ass with). although i'm no expert, so...

i think we really need an expert here lol

well, of course you need normal ghosts to nuke with the necessary things needed to excute the ai script. you can do what other people have suggested on using the other script.
here's something you can read on it too.

well, yeah theyre already filled at that campaign mission. specific campaign ai scripts makes the computer a tad more aggressive and most likely they'll use it.

well, i dunno about the other nuke script, but one of them creates ghosts for you(it seems like he's using that one)
