Staredit Network -> StarCraft Editing Related -> Downloading Maps

When I download a map, I can't play it. It gives me two options when I use "Save Target As" as when I click on the attachment directly, it just goes to a page with a bunch of HTML gibberish. Anyway, I have "HTML" and "All Files" as my two save options, and I've tried both, and it still won't let me play any maps regardless.

Save it as .scm or .scx. It doesn't matter what is in the file type thing, just the extension in the filename box.

:: Edit
Well, I don't like having hidden extensions, so if you have yours hidden it might matter.

Save it as All Files. Run starcraft and then you will be able to play it.

Set it to "All Files" and add .scm/.scx at the end.

He's saving the link not the actual file. There's the problem.

You're supposed to save the link. The link is the file. And it's not "HTML gibberish", it's the binary representation of the file converted to ASCII.
