I've been looking everywhere, and through the download DB. I cannot seem to find the program that allows to use the "Neo" colors (The cool looking ones you see in most cool UMS's). Can anyone tell me where to get these cool neon colors at?

Are those the ones you can use to make the players different colors? I have no clue what that list is, means, or how to use them. Can you show me if you dont mind? heh =]

You mean making player colors black and such? Or making text the colors of player's names? The link KK gave is the one for player's names. Really though, I have no idea what "neo colors"

copy the bar only and place it infront of the text you want the color to effect. also pay attention too what colors go for what like mission briefing and ingame

No no, i mean colors for players in games.. as in pink base, black base, the color pink, black, neon blue, etc.. you know alot of UMS games have those neon colors.
That is what I am looking for, not for the text, for the colors of players themselves in games, like alot of LOTR games have them, they look black, peach, dark blue, etc. where can i find these and how can i use them?

he's talking about actualy UNIT color(not text). you need to dl SCMD2 first. then for SCMD2. go to where you can chnage player ownership(computer slot ot player slot) and you should see a dropdown menu for colors.
