Ok here the deal. I tried to report a thread in misc that is locked.

It gave me the error. I though it's because you can't report GM or something so I tried to report the topic post, the same.

I'm going to look into this later today. I'll let you know if and when it gets fixed.
ADDITION:
I really have no idea why it isn't working. I don't understand the queries (the wonderful IPB coder likes to use shortforms which I'm not familiar with at all), but apparently that query which has been working for two years is suddenly no longer working for some reason. I'll have to ask IP.

I tried to report a post a few minutes ago and I got an error that said you must fill out the form completely. I didn't leave the report post thing blank, so wtf?
