I remove 151 width and height avatars, so this limit should be enforced as well.
EDIT: Fixed MP's... there was a bunch of trasparent space for some reason.

Strange... I made Oo's when we first applied for a forum and at the time I was told it had to be 35x35 not 32x32. I guess someone else in Oo can fix it or make a new one if need be.
