Storyline / Introduction

In this game there is one player who can go around the mall just taking anything u could possible find - from skateboards, and soccer balls - to - Chainsaws and shotguns - you can do alot. Theres hundreds to thousands of zombies to kill, and to get killed by wink.gif

In a mall full of zombies... 1 man stands alone... thousands of possible weapons... zombies coming by the gross... 24 hours to live or die and you choose your path...

Find other people in the mall ( If any survive by the time you get there ) and get missions from your concerned friends on your cell phone giving suggestions of what to do next... Find your own way of strategy to play this game, from staying in one spot and camping doing no quests, or doing quests, gaining score from the quests and completely owning the zombies with a stick or a chainsaw whatever suits you better, and please keep your hands on and at your weapon at all times during this long 24 hour ride. Thank You. Enjoy.

-Player Interface
It basically plays out like an RPG with an item system where u can pick up to about 150+ items (decided* amount) and use them against zombies using about 4 different genres of weapons to fast melee, slow melee, long range or short range.

hmm it appears that this will be a 'slaughter-house' map as i like to put it. Keep in mind that since this is single player you must have numberous cinimatics, alternate endings, allied AI computer players, and much more to maintain interest with the player.

Make the map extreamly interactive and it will be a huge hit.

UBCS, this is based off the Xbox 360 game of the same name. from what i can tell, its a mindless zombie-killing game, so you can't really expect this to be much different.

I think he's right. If you see all this map has got by just playing it once people will
throw it away once they're done with it.

Yea. Just take a look at those movie/book games and others lol tongue.gif they mess up the story always or change it to something odd.. Or just add bunch of minigames that have nothing to do with the story.

RPG eh? Having an item system doesn't make it an RPG. For one thing, this is mainly one of those 'Pick-a-weapon-and-kill-massive-zombie-maps'. Although, if it's good, I'll play it and rate it, but for now meh.

And don't you have a mod in production?

Uhm no not a mindless zombie killing map where u pick a weapon and move on, more like a 3-6 unit hero weapon map where the unit only depends on the weapon ur using and it changes the damage you do based on the virtual weapon ur carrying. I will keep adding story line but ill keep waiting to release it till after i got my xbox360 and played dead rising a cupple days, because I dont want it to be unlike the game itself too far, and id like to add a version of this to a mod i might make after, and yes i do hav a mod in production, its my first one and its not that great but the answer is yes. And BTW I never said it WAS an rpg i said its LIKE an rpg wink.gif

ADDITION:
Would somebody please reply with some weapon / mission ideas ? Especialy people who have played this before. The weapons i have in mind im just not listing because theres too many but i can always use more, up to around 20-50 more happy.gif

Do you get to face Stephen the anti-vandalizer or the hispanic (me thinks) sniper? Any of the bosses? As for weapons... uh... I dunno, knight stick? Pistol? Bench? Car? Lawn mower? Sledge hammer? Cash register? Beads ( wink.gif )? Orange juice? Bagette? Chocolate milk? Baked goods? Table umbrella? Lego head ( wink.gif )? Kitana? Shelf? Golf club? Baseball bat? The list goes on and on...

Thanks pyro, alot, and also i found a list for all weapons on that game on a website, and for ur question about characters, i need help and time with that cuz i aint got xbox360 or dead rising, and i will tho soon, not like i like xbox360, but lets not get into that. (wii lover)

Well... I've played both the demo and the real version. And truely, you should really play the game, mainly because if you look at the manual, there's about two pages worth of thumbnail sized pictures of NPCs and bosses. Also, day zombies are weaker than night zombies. So... night zombies do more damage and have more health... Uh... there's little PP (experience) extras around the map <--- In the game, you use a camera and take pics of either PP posters or boards with hot girls on em, or by taking a pic of a zombie in nylon stockings... You also have lots of missions or "chapters" etc... Did you also know it takes place in Colorado in a town with the population of 53, 499? Or is it 35, 499... somewhere around there... You really need to play the game or get a walkthrough in order to make this game proper...

Did you get your idea from that game where you're stuck in the mall for 72 hours and you use a bunch of stuff to kill zombies? I forgot the name though.

Lmfao. Well, the real game is one player but their is a cop I think, well I dunno, but he helps Frank (main character) find out how the incident happened. I was supposed to get a 360, and DR... But I didn't... so... But anyways, you might as well just make the weapon systems or something... Ignore the terrain and story for now, you'll need the game or at LEAST a guide. Also... if you're either going to HAVE to use a death counter or VH system for the health and stuff... mainly because... well in the game, you start out with 4 health blocks, when you're about to lose your last one, you can do this special takedown move on the zombie thats killing you but ANYWAY... As you progress you're health increases. So you might have to have Frank have, say 10% health at level 1, and +5% or +10% for every other level. But the food you consume heals differently. Orange juice heals four blocks, I'm pretty sure Chocolate milk does also, Bagettes heal one, snacks heal one and baked goods (stuff you cook in the mircrowave at a restaurant) gives you one to three, I'm not sure. Also, as you use weapons, you gain experience for that specific weapon, mainly adding on the damage, but it also gives you special melee moves, yet you couldn't incorporate that into the game... That's all I can think of now, but I know a lot more. wink.gif
