The mineral wall? Well, I couldn't take the temple right to the cliff, so I threw that in to open it up a bit and throw in a tad of extra stratagy.

1: The locations are too close to one another.

2: Unit pathing will be screwed up and units will try to walk through the mineral wall, instead of going around to the enemies base

3: It's not really very pretty

Yea, I'd rather not have that mineral wall there, but I was too lazy to do any extended to fix it.

I guess this means you never intended to actually play your map or anything =P You should be thankful everytime anyone offers to play your map and take the opportunity. A lot of good maps never get played because people are too busy.

I play my maps whenever I have a chance (when I'm testing mods, etc.) I'll play with you if you want a game.

[sub]You're getting better, but this map is still meh. Gas issue firstly, a better choke would be nice. ( Right now you have to build at your nat to have any kind of choke. ) Remove the doodads from the middle, its narrow enough as it is. If you could open up the middle at all that would be good. The expansions above the mains are perfect places to land units and attack the main base, either whack it or try to get the main out of reach. Maybe add a mineral block in the expansions in the hole or the expansions above or both. Too easy for terran to expand early now, two very easy to get expansions.

The mineral formations are not very even, maybe go with symmetry with the minerals too. Oh btw, if you don't know about the gas issue, read this article by starparty. Here. It's nothing major important, but it does make a difference in long games, in short though, its usally best to place gas nodes either directly above, or directly to the left of the of the main to gather gas the best.[/sub]
