Hello, all. I've been a member for a week or two now, but still have not posted yet. Just been perusing all of the invaluable information.
I am in the process of creating a campaign for a fictional group of Terrans I have concocted called the Terran Legion. I have most of the story already written up, and have an idea of the direction I want to head before the end, but I am having trouble with the first map.
In writing, the first map is supposed to be you playing one of four commanders assisting each other to take out the first, and largest, hive on a planet that the Legion is wanting to colonize. I have, however, run into a stumbling block in that I had originally planned on having the other three Terran forces under the command of the computer, but I have come to realize that you cannot be on the same force. Thus, my idea is sort of put on hold until I can solve this little problem.
One idea I have had, and I think would solve the crisis, is to go ahead and have the three other Terran commanders under computer control, and in a force of their own. Add an AI script telling them to attack only the Zerg, and not the PC force. Would this be possible? I thought I would ask here before attempting it myself.
use the set alliance status action.
ps, this isn't concept material, this should be in Map Making Assistance.

All Terrans are fictional
You can put computers in your force, using another editor. Most likely set alliance status and run ai script: turn on shared vision will get the job done, though.
