how do i make it when i take a pic of the map on SCMDraft, it will capture the loctions, Fog of War, Grid, ect...?

Cant. only takes pictures of the minimap.

Use the standard Print Screen method, only choose the layer you want to take a picture of (e.g., location layer for locations).
