I want a emp shockwave to not only empty the target's shield, but completely kill them.

Use only hallunications

Maybe others will suggest something new...

How could you use EUD triggers for that?

Modding works great.

Can't you detect shields with EUD ? Or energy ?

But its impossible to make an EMP kill a unit in a regular game.

Plus were did you get that idea from, I never seen a map with that before.

when i played it, i think saw how it kind of works. there are units under the buildings that are hallucinations. emp can kill the hallucinations under it and trigger the units disappearing/dying. the hallucinations can fullfill the the bring condition thing so once the hallucincation is gone or something, it'll detect it.

Hallucinations can't fulfill the bring condition. They can have locations centered on them though. I haven't studied the triggers much but the map isn't protected so you can look at them if you want.

To answer the question in short, there's no trigger to magically turn EMP into a Nuke.

"Modding" is not an existing trigger action.

You can use Bonelesskid's method of using the EMP as a weapon in Chrono Legion by moving one regular burrowed unit and one hallucinated burrowed unit under the target and detecting the kills EMP Shockwave does to hallucinations, affecting the number of remaining units within the location.
