Well, we can't let Voy and Ermac hog all the attention, can we?
This is Ex Machina, my contribution to the Summer Modding Contest. I'll spill a few of the tastier tidbits for you to gnaw on:
--All three races unite. Once you gain access to the Origin Needle, every unit in the game can be yours to command.
--Not one, two, three, or even four new units make an appearance...SEVEN (count 'em!) SEVEN new units pop up! The aforementioned Origin Needle and Gamme x Beta Raider are the least sophisticated of them. Wait till you see:
--New tech tree area: the mighty Guardia branch! The Origin Needle enables the Guardia Catalysts, which can build the Guardian's Spire in addition to providing supply for the Guardia-rank units. These three units each require buildings from two tech trees and cost 100 Guardia Memory of space. But the Archangel, Avatar, and Regent aren't the type of things you'd like to meet in a dark alley.
I'm not releasing to the public until judging is over. In the meantime, have these screenies. Enjoy!

All these graphics look extremely familiar...did you make these or get them off of another mod?
There was some mod a while back with flying buildings, and as far as I can remember, that's exactly what they looked like... (just re-colored )

Well, the flying buildings are really just playing various frame numbers of the regular graphics. All the rest are brand new--the Archangel, Origin Needle, and Geoses (the green, blue, and red hemishperes) were made, by me, in GMAX. Really. I didn't steal anything. I'm not faulting you, though, for your suspicion--graphics are hard to make/find.

There are NEW SCREENIES! in the first post. They show some of the units in action and are something to behold. Due to technical problems, I can't make a video, but still. Screenshots are better than nothing. So enjoy, and wait for the release. Pester Enterprise and Corbo if you want it sooner.

I've made a slightly newer version. A couple strings are fixed, and nukes are now terror-inspiring Fusion Cores. Check out the screens of them on the first page. This one won't be judged as such, but it will hopefully be the version that's released.
