C++. It's very easy to learn. First you open notepad. Then you just type what you want to happen. It works like this.

CODE

Show loading screen.
Load game.
Show menu with single player at the top, campaign editor at top right, multiplayer at the bottom right, and exit at the bottom left.
Show Credits under Multiplayer option.
Show Preview under Credits.
If they click Single player, load single player menu.

And so on and so on. If you need more help, go here

Fine, I'll be honest now. SC was made by a large team, and C++ is more complex than that. Way more. You cannot hope to make anything remotely similar to SC while your learning C++ all by yourself.

If you want to make games, use GameMaker.

Can you blame me? The link on the bottom led to http://lolyouareanidiot!!!!!11.com/, and the text shown was not any programming language, and you believed it.

Ummm...yea, if you wanna be a game designer, go get a degree at college. While your waiting, learn some C++ and use GameMaker. If your around 15-16 years old GL trying to make your own game right this second with no experience.

Dude the guy said he wanted to learn how to make a game similar to blizzard like warcraft III with hard-coded things and binary tongue.gif [/sarcasm]

Also I tink you should go to college and get a bacholors degree or whatever then join Blizzard and make a game. But I havent heard of a person who can single handly make a starcraft or blizzard game from scratch dontgetit.gif

If you are an adult and ready go submit a resume to blizzard wink.gif http://www.blizzard.com/jobopp/

Seriously, if you want to go into game coding for a career, you need to learn several programming languages (at least learn VB [useless for making games, but an excellent start into programming languages] and C++).
