As it seems that people can't make up their minds, here is the final proceedings.

Format of the Proceedings

There will be three stages; one to determine whether UCBS (Mp)3D) should remain as Administrator, a second if needed to nominate new leaders, and a third if needed to finally vote on a new leader.
All motions must pass by a two-thirds supermajority. If a motion fails to pass either way, the Clan Mp) forum on SEN will be deleted permanently.
Mp) shall remain ONE clan and will be allowed ONE person to have Clan Control Panel access. The one clan can dominate two servers, but there will be one and only one leader recognized by the Staff of Staredit Network. If a second clan wishes to exist on another server, they must fulfill the requirements and apply separately.
Refrain all chatter to the one designated topic.
Polls will close after seemingly most of the votes are in or after a while.
If the forum is deleted, whatever factions of Mp) remain must consolidate a tag, re-fulfill the requirements, and reapply for a forum if they ever want one.
You may vote for or against yourself.

Rules of This Topic
1. Each Mp) member may have one post and one post only in this topic.
2. That post must contain the following and nothing else:
a) Member's Mp) Tag name
b) Member's SEN Account name
c) Answer to the Poll Question
3. If you wish to change your vote, edit your post, do not post again.
4. All other posts will be deleted.
5. You may vote for yourself.
6. This final poll will close when I get home Friday; ~4-5PM PDT

If members quit Mp) today, do they count?

I know that Excalibur, EdAi, and a few others left Mp). So they're technically not members anymore and I assume that would mean their votes no longer count, right?

Members that quit as a result of actions by UCBS or the controversy can vote. New members cannot.
