all i like in v5 are the buttons, other than that, i consider it to be useless. its ugly and hurts my eyes.

Its hard to read the letters. Id rather keep this one. Unless they fix the letters. But then again its not complete.

well, other than the fact the green color pwns. i have a color deficiency and certain colors give me headaches. SEN V5 has quite a few of them.

Yes, SEN v5 will let you select a skin for your use, so yes, it will be customizeable.

It would supposedly be for every apect of SENv5, so you can pick on skin for all the forums, the title page, your CP, etc. However, you might be able to have different forums on different skins.
There isn't yet a v4.1 skin, and I rather doubt one will be made. You could always try to make one though, but I'm not so sure IP will.
