You should do it with kill scores. http://www.staredit.net/index.php?tutorial=108. So if that player's kill score is exactly 350, he's killed a Hydra.

What you should do is make a condition like "Current player's kill score is exactly 350," and then in the actions set the kill score to 0 and give that player money.

The Kills to Cash: Perfect is the best method of converting all types of kills and razings into cash, since the other methods will improperly divide cash if multiple hydralisks are killed in-between trigger runs.

If you don't get the method right away, messing around with it should eventually get the concept into your head. wallbash.gif

But the Kills to Cask Perfect method does not allow for different amounts of money for each type of units killed.

Actually, it does. All you would need to do is create seperate triggers per unit you want to gain cash from.

Here's a map that uses the Kills to Cash: Perfect method with multiple units:

its kill SCORE, not kills. for every unit you kill you get points(aka a score). you'd get like 50 points for killing a zergling and like 150 for killing a hydra

You know how after a game ends, you see the tally of scores for each player? Ever wonder why its so high? A specific amount of points are given for each unit you kill. That's the kill score.

So wait.....if i did it like this;
Condition:Player 1 kills exactly 1 hydra
Action:Set player kill score to ___
Give Player 1 50 minerals
Is that it?

No, because "kills" and "kill score" are DIFFERENT things.

Read up on this for help.
