DS emulators have been out for a while, yet they run so poorly they aren't really even worth downloading... but that was when the DS was relatively new for emulation... so stuff might have changed now, I will look into that... tongue.gif

Once again, explain how this is legal. All source I've looked at says it isn't, respond within 1 day or a harsh punishment awaits you.

His reasoning is since he isn't downloading it, it's legal.. Not sure if that is true or not... I'm pretty sure you have to buy the license to play the game regardless..
But I would consider NES games abandonware if you ask me tongue.gif

Read the ROM article on Nintendos stance, they don't accept abandonware as an excuse.
