Actaully one of them came into my work last year, I talked alot about starcraft of coarse, he told me why they havent made a starcraft2 is because none of their design teams has the guts to stand up to the challenge

That has to be the most accurate reason i could possibly think of. Seriously, blizzard is a company, and companys love money and good publicity. The one problem with making SC2 is theyve waited so long the people are going to expect so much. Think about it, arent you expecting SC2 to be the godlyest game ever?
