Does this Editor enable the ability to make the Terrain go square by square, like where everything is flat. If it does, can you tell me how to get it to that. If not, can you tell me how i can get it or whatever, lol, i want the square by square thing.

Yes just go into terrain and at the top it will say "Isometrical" you should change that to rectangle
