Trigger
Players:
¤ All Players
Conditions:
¤ All players commands at least 1 dark swarm
Actions:
¤ Center location 1 on dark swarm owned by all players at anywhere
¤ Remove 1 dark swarm owned by all players at location 1
¤ Kill 1 protoss nexus owned by all player 11 at location 1

It's removing the dark swarm but it doesn't do anything to nexuses I cast it on.. any idea why?

BTW location 1 is set to high ground/medium ground/low ground
And the nexuses aren't invincible

ADDITION:
Oh and there is a preserve trigger on there I forgot to post it and it won't let me edit my post..

It should work, maybe just have all the location spots checked?

Maybe you can't remove em for player 11, did you even check if they were there..?

Yes. There is a lot of them (280)

I'm using player 11 because players 1 through 8 are already used and wouldn't work for this. 9 through 11 are pretty much the same, but I like the way #11 looks better. I've tried it with 9 and 10 also. Can't use neutral either. And I cast the dark swarm right on top of the nexus, so I'm pretty sure the location is on it. I can have it create an overlord at the location, and it appears right over the nexus..

How about use a player from 1-8, just disable vision for them there so they can't see it. It wouldn't be that bad.. xD

1-7 are players, with weapons, and 8 is a computer that they attack..

If I give them to 1-7 then the game will completely break if that player isn't there or if he/she leaves.

If I give them to 8, the players will attack them (bad) and 8 won't attack them (bad)

And when I put in

How about just centering the location on nexus for player 11 at anywhere in case there is a mistake? And also check all the boxes for location so you know it does work for everything..

Try killing nexii with a bigger location

ADDITION:
to test the locations location, I'd suggest having a trigger that continually either pings the location, or creates and kills a unit continually, that allows you to test where it is at all times.

Can we see the map?

I made it pretty big.. about as big as 40 nexuses I think.. it still isn't killing them though..

Here is the map: http://tinyurl.com/yfldom

It's not done yet though so don't bash it please blushing.gif

ADDITION:
Hmm I found one way to kinda get it to work, but it's a really really bad work around..

When player casts dark swarm, location is centered on it, and the nexuses start being given to that player, until he brings one to that location, and then it gives them back to player 11, until player only has 1 nexus left, and then kills that one and removes the dark swarm.

I don't think i can give units back to player 11 though..

I tried it with Neutral, and it works, thanks! I thought that the computer wouldn't attack neutral, but it does (good). biggrin.gif
