Staredit Network -> UMS Assistance -> [SOLVED] VHP

Is there a way of adding Virtual HP not only to one person, but to every unit in the game?
i.e. You have a hero zealot, and you fight a zerg ultralisk. Both of them has VHP. Then, 10 zerglings spawn. They have VHP too.

It is possible. I have no idea how to do it. I'm pretty sure Lethal and Wooden could explain it to you if you asked.

You can't have ten zerglings have VHP because there is no way to assuredly be sure which Zergling is which. As long as each unit is unique, however, you can have it have its own VHP counter.

Actually, it could be done by using "Player vHP" just like Tux did in Rush, where killing a unit with higher player color will result in it being demoted to a player with a lower color until defeated.

Yes, it is possible even for identical units if you:

• use "Player vHP"
• share the vHP for the units
• create individual locations per unit and that they never come within proximity with each other
• use EUDs to detect unit IDs.

Sorry, I should have been more precise.

Two units of the same type owned by the same player cannot be distinguished between in the objects of any actions. You can subtly differentiate by players using EUD Conditions (for P9+) and normal triggers for each of the standard players.
