I need some more people to help me on triggers and give me some helpful ideas. Since this is my first bound, it certainly won't be the best quality, but I'd love to start become a map maker, which has been my dream ever since I discovered it.

*Note: I'm usually on U.S. East as GraphiX

I also need a tester for this bound to see if the obstacles are possible, hard, and require the perfect timing, and other triggers as well...

Need trigger help on:

Setting lives, respawning the bounder after it dies into the correct location (obstacle), starting and ending the obstacles, the use of switches, and a few others...

Well my first suggestion is that if you're only going to have 12 levels you do not need 100-150 lives. I'll IM you, because I've got tons of suggestions that just wouldn't be practical to post all of them.

The amount of lives does seem excessive.

I can tell you if the ob is possible even without doing it. :]

The life setting:

Just add custom points to each player, and when the lings die, subtract 1 custom score.

The spawning at the right location could be done like this:

Add one spider mine at each point between the obs, and make a location where the lings are going to be spawned.

When you complete level 1, you kill the spider mine there (or remove it) and center the respawn location to where there is a spider mine and a ling. Always respawn at the location centered on the mine.

The starting and ending could be done with switches. When a player brings 1 unit to obstacle 1 start, set switch 1. When switch 1 is set, start the obstacle.
Clear the switch when you get to the next obstacle.

Well, can't really help you there tongue.gif It's not very difficult. I leraned it in ten minutes, just trying myself.

NerdyTerdy and Red2Blue, I'd love to have your aim for help on this bound. I'd also like to say Scribe Bound had 13 obstacles and 150 lives was definately not excessive. Like I said before, I'm planning to make this bound pretty hard, so I think 100-150 lives is plenty for it. Thanks for your concern, but I just need help on triggers now.
