I decided to write this after I saw Flags of our Fathers and the Prestige in the past week.
My opinion of Flags of our Fathers
I thought it was a good movie but not quite the action that I expected it to be. I had a few people with me when I saw the movie and it pleased most of them, but it slightly made me sad because it wasnt really centered on the fighting at Iwo. It was about this man who was trying to learn about his father in the war and is writing about him. He went and interveiwed a bunch of people who knew him during the war and it went through their accounts. As I said not quite the action but its alright if you want a more peaceful movie.
My opinion on the Prestige
I thought it was a good movie that kept you guessing and in the end it was totally surprising. I think the Prestige was better than Flags of our Fathers. It was about two rival magicians who are battleing for more fame. One is a better magician while the other is a better salesman. At first they worked together but one had his wife in the act and she drowned and they were rivals afterwards.

I havnt seen Flag of are father, but i realy what to. It seems like a good movie to see, sence u give it an alright review. I realy like war movies. That the main reason i want to see it.
Ya, I really want to see this too, I have it on my Netflix queue, I cant wait, If you think that Prestige was better I may take that into consideration for it.
The Prestige was definitely better, though I haven't seen Flags of Our Fathers. Christopher Nolan ftw. God, he just does not disappoint, ever. Memento was amazing, Batman Begins was great, and now The Prestige is just as awesome.
