Storyline / Introduction

The Players will bound their way through 3 first stages of modes. These modes  are "Practise" + "Random" + "Line" Mode's. Once they have completed these 3, they go onto the "Tournament" Mode. Since most of the bounds have already been created im trying to make new ways of introductions to bounds or plain maddness. To hold a constant bounding feel for this map, if anyone has any question's or ideas that might help, ill be most grateful



Features


-Player Interface
Each player can choose their own mode instead of having player 1 choose it for them all the time, They can choose at any time they feel.

-What's new in your map that others have not done before?
The ability to choose your own bound instead of having some one else do it for you.

This seems like an interesting idea. Good luck on the map.

But really, you should put as much effort into The Blood Chamber as possible, you have started 4 maps or something after the prod. thread for TBC was out.

What happened to Orb def? anyway cool I liked the first forgiven bound but finish the blood chamber after this please smile.gif with all these maps your making it doesnt seem like your working on that anymore

oh trust me guys i have no intention of giving up of the blood chamber as it will be my first and last rpg ever made and i need to put my best into it and anyway i got a few people helping me out with overlappings etc.

Current progress update :

soo far players 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 have got levels 1 xD on practise mode but player 1 has 1 - 6 levels on practise mode tongue.gif considering that is all the progress is very very long term soo i wont finish this is quite awhile yet .

another thing... all my friends post their Names = Unit that they would to be and ill add them smile.gif

Nice map idea, but it's going to take a lot of triggering for each player to be able to pick their mode.. Or will it? Depending on what each mode is like..

I have a question..
Since each player can pick his own mode, what players do you put the explosions on, since they all cant be on 7/8

He can always use death counters instead of waits to time the explosions.

no happy.gif ive used waits for each bound and tested with 6 players and they work 100%

ADDITION:
I shall be requireing a certain tester or tester(s) for this map to test absolute the triggers are all working as a single suit as in no lag in the triggers...

If you want to test then just tell me and ill arrange a time and date considering i have time or whether you have time.

another thing. if anyone has any idea's for a 2x2 by 9x9 zone using the 2x2 square as the exolosion points... and ideas for level... if 1's not yet seen before then <3 TO U xD
soo the bounding zone will look kinda like this. :

Forgiven bound 1 was an OK bound. Not good because the levels were so overused. Make more original levels this time.

Use the ultimate tool - the pen and paper. It helped me a lot to think up levels for my bound.

That wasn't a joke actually. Think of a "path" of the level, draw it, and then simply draw a line that will symbolize the path that you'll have to run. Then think about the explosions.

This is the drawing for one of the levels in my Lightning Bound. The blue circle means you have to wait a bit at that point.

but the problem is = thats not the shape of the bounding area at all :S

ooo the random mode will mostly be created from red2blue soo *claps*
the idea is... kinda like practise mode with blue as intro and red as death... but the thing is its always gonna be random placed. soo when a blue 1 hits then follows through the the red ... at the same time it will set the stage for the next explosion.
once beaten all levels cause the randomness will be placed on speed *claps again for red2blue*

Sorry frit but bounders don't really use death counters for timing. Just waits. tongue.gif
