I've been at this most of the day and I need an admin to come in and make a final decision about this. Although at first I wasn't sure if Boyscout was simply someone claiming to be Rednara, Rednara himself finally came on and admitted that both accounts were his. I've warned both of them and explained the issue clearly to him, but I really need an admin to come in and sort it out.
