What they need to do is change the fourth forum to "FAQS, Regulations, and Information, and move that one topic.

Yeah, but what about when it's two topics?
Also, the FAQs and Regulations would get lost among the news over time, doomed to be spread throughout the list.

We're also considering using the Minor News forum to host small tournaments and such that aren't the huge banner money-drawers. Just to keep the money, and the community, going.
