Wow. You really like to shake things up, a lot...
I'll approve of Doodan becoming a GM... For now. He seems to be good at what he does, so I'd say give him a chance. If he screws up, screw him (or something along those lines [Not that I'd think you'd screw up, Doodan... uh... heh heh...])

I approve of him being a GM but I also have the same opinion on do we really need another GM. Rantent should still stay as the last one tho.

I think that having a strong Global Moderator team is a good idea... and as Kow said, are there any negatives to having a 3rd GM?

I agree. It does kinda look..out of place.
Doodan, although still a fresh moderator, I think could definately qulify for a Golbal Moderator position, although he can be harsh at times I'm pretty confident he could proform his duties just as well as CaptainWill or Rantent.

Doodan has always been extremely competent to me, so I think its a good idea. And as DEAD put it, this will strike more fear/hatred into wrong-doers.

Doodan has been one of the finest moderators SeN ever had. There is no doubt in my mind that SeN will greatly benefit if he gets promoted to Global Moderator.

Another GM couldn't hurt, moderating senior Staff should outnumber moderating Admins anyway. After that however, don't look to see us hiring more GMs unless somebody currently on the staff dies.

Wow, I've been gone all day and I come back to a very flattering topic. Thank you all for your consideration and support! 
If I'm hired I'll do my best to be effective and fair.
I was gonna bring this up later, but now might be a better time. I'm gonna be away from the internet for about 2 weeks in early/mid December (the 6th through the 20th - 22nd or so). If you're really counting on me to be as active as I always am during that time period, then I must apologize in advance. Other than that, being a GM shouldn't be any unwelcomed strain on me.
I just thought I'd let those whom it concerns know about my future plans incase it has any sort of weight on your final decision.
