I've just submitted a map, but when I went to the site, it revealed an error page.
The map is called:

Am I suppose to wait for someone to review it?

keep in mind: please include the most information as possible next time you require assistance.
A recently submitted map must be approved by a DLDB Keeper. Once it is (not saying that all maps are approved), then you will be able to access it in the DLDB.
