I don't believe there are any car racing maps on bnet, so I'm going to suggest some ideas for one that may inspire you to make it. If the condition that allows detection of screen movement is still around, then I believe the ability to move units with the arrow keys are still around too. This is probably obvious but to give the moving unit the drifting ability when it turns, you can put a type of "magnet" along the 4 edges of the map. Therefore, when a "car" is turning, you could make it get "attracted" to one of the magnets for a short period and instead of ordering it, teleport it in small gaps towards the magnet and towards the direction it is facing at the same intervals. You can change the behavior of the drift depending on the speed of the car, the breaking(if you have a system for it) and the steering. I'd gladly attempt to make an example map, however, I'm not allowed to have sc installed. sad.gif

Funny, but the condition to detect screen movement is a EUD and most were deleted with v 1.14, so this idea wouldn't work
Although you might still manage to make a racing map without EUDs it isn't the same, the reason people don't make racing maps is that it is just plain boring when you just click.
It's just one of those maps that dont have much entertainment value and take a lot of work to make, like board game maps.

EUDs conditions don't get deleted, they just get scrambled. i dunno if anyone has released the new offsets yet.

Board Games are hard! I'm making Battle Ships right now and it has 200+triggers that repeat themselves for just 2 players ><

I know they are scrambled, but basically the EUDs we have right now have been deleted. And no, they haven't been released yet.... Otherwise people would be all over EUDs
