This forum needs to be its own forum if it's going to survive. No subforum status for it. Also, please combine the ideas/concepts forums. People confuse between the two anyway.
I don't think it will survive regardless. It has no activity for a reason other than it's a sub-forum.
And I remember somebody else(I think on the staff.) telling me there was a difference between ideas/concepts.
I don't think there should be a difference, and they should be merged.
I think people have forgotten about Project Graveyard. Yea, Moose put in some of his maps, and other people, but no one has touched the maps. That forum just sits there.
As for Ideas and Concepts, maybe they should be merged, but really Ideas are just ideas for maps- their titles, gameplay, etc. So mostly just maps.
Concepts are things for to 'Break the limits of StarCraft', Like EUDs. Share and ask if things could be possible to trigger or program, stuff that doesn't normally happen in a map.
If Ideas gets merged with anything, it should go into Maps in Production and Mods in Productions. That's what the forum was for. While Yoshi was admin, I was getting angry that people were just posting 2 sentences about their maps in Maps in Production, filling it up with useless descriptions about maps other than their name and obtaining minerals/posts for it. That's why Ideas was created for - think of it as the Miscellaneous of map production threads.
