Unlike any other clans, members get some power. Everyone can recruit but we I prefer the term Invite. When a member invites someone, they have to show the Officals the map that got them recruited. Clan Officals can kick the invited member depending on their reasons. But remember not to go on a "Inviting Frenzy". Even though its nice having more members, we wouldnt want having multiple members we never even heard of.
