Ok heres what happened: I submitted a mod to the DLDB, and i know i picked the right file and path so thats not it, and it told me the file was 0kb. This was yesterday right before SEN got all bugy for about an hour. I know the problem wasnt on my end.

Maybe try re-submitting? If that doesn't work, then PM Moose if he got it or not.

This happened to me three times when I submitted a 5mb .zip as a campaign. It said that it was 0kb, even though it clearly wasn't.

You don't need to PM him, I can tell you there's no mods awaiting approval in the DLDB. This error has happened to me before, it prevented me from uploading AR.
