okay, sorry if this has been asked, but is there a problem with naming switches in trigedit? i followed the syntax exactly(i even copied pasted from my map with named switches), but it refused to compile...

Use classic trigedit for that.

Personally, I can't figure out how to change switch names even in the classic trigger editor. o.O

You can edit switch names in SCMD2 by going to the Classic TrigEdit and clicking the Switches button.

You have a mouse right? Now open the classic trigedit, and CLICK the button "Switches". How hard could that be? tongue.gif
