What programming languages were required to make SCMDraft? I am a programming noob.

Im pretty sure it was made with C++ but if your wondering SF was made with C++ and VB

Correct, Scmdraft 2 was made in C++. I believe made in the Visual Studio 2003 IDE.
SI also had to dissassmble(turn application to assembly code) Staredit to figure out how it's isom functions worked. So technically he had to know:
-C++
-Assembly
-Advanced C++ knowledge, Advanced assembly knowledge, mpq specs, and chk specs.
