1) Some people request that bonelesskid should be demoted to a rank but still be held as founder. I'm not going to point out names but it wasnt a majority of the clan because most of them werent there. If bonelesskid starts to be active, he will be returned to his leadership position, in which i am starting to see.

2) There has been suggestions and advices from people with experience that Rankings should be smaller so people can feel equal. I was thinking of just having Leader, Co-leader, GM, and regular members (Maybe another ranking). This is because people will feel "belittled" and feel less known and less important to the clan. I am most likely going to do this but the voting might change it.

3) All officals (Noting General Managers and Up) who might be demoted will have their original positions back once they start to be active again. Just contact me on MSN, SEN, or Battle.Net to notify me that you are active once again.

4) Rankings explained, rules, and member list will be updated and changed by the end of next week. I will try my best to try to do it by this Thursday. If you want to suggest anything, feel free to post in suggestion bowl.

Leaders > GM > Members > Trainees

Name: Description [How To Get It] {Limit}

Leader: The head of the clan Optional ops and steps in when something major happens that the GMS cant control [Gets appointed by current leader] {Limit 2}
GM: Clan Managers who get ops and basically control the clan so the leader doesnt have to [Appointed by leader] {limit 5}
Member: Basic Member [Upgrade from Trainee] {No Limit}
Trainee: Just recruited Stays here for 5 days [N/A] {No Limit}

Basically the clan will rest on the GM's shoulders through this system

Well I think we would need a co-leader though.

GM's are basically the co leader/clan runner the theory is just because you the leader of a clan doesnt mean you have to single handedly run it yourself and with this you dont have to at all unless something happens or the GM's arnt doing there job than your still there to take action

i really don't care about my rank as long as i'm founder and I still moderate the forum. I just deleted a reported thread too so i can't be that inactive... Between school and other important things in life i really try to stay active with clan chef. and friends only turn 16 once, clan chef will always be here. As i recall when making clan chef ranks were nothing but a joke which is how i wanted it. I was ranked bagel, which I still consider myself. If you want to remove me from leader set me as my own seperate rank... bagel =)

Even though im not in the clan, i thought id give some input.

The ranking system as it is, is organized and fine. Its working obviously, because Chef is doing very well. Dont make the mistake of other clans and mess with success.
