Uhh, just reinstall your operating system, and when you get to the table where it asks you about partitions, delete the harddrive partition that you want deleted. Then reinstall your operating system onto a partition.

Hope you know that everything will be deleted, so back up anything you might want.

That means EVERYTHING, so your operating system will be deleted too (Windows 98, XP)
AND all drivers, displays, files, so be prepared.
I suggest checking DETAILS on it before you do it. As far as I know, this process is irreversable. I did do it few times to my computer, but it was hell of a hassel to install everything back.

You can download windows washer and make a bootable floppy or cd.
