Yup. Cartoon legend Joseph Barbera has finally kicked the can today. In his bed at the age of 95 has passed away.

One of the main Creators for hit shows like Tom and Jerry, The Flinestones and many more like scooby doo or the jetsons has passed away.

This man surely made the lives of so many children, so much better. I know he inspired my imagination in my younger years, and i am sure he will be missed. I think he qualifies for most tragic casualty this year.

I used to watch Cartoon Network countless hours back when I was in primary school; I'd spend a long time anticipating who the villain was in the Scooby Doo series.

R.I.P., Barbera; your creations have been fun to watch.

Ah, the great Hana-Barbara. I loved those shows so much when I was little. Flinstones, Tom & Jerry, Jetsons, Scooby-Doo, oh I watched them all. Barbara I think made the best cartoons ever. I remember waking up on Saturdays and watching those shows. They were on Cartoon Network, my favorite channel. Now Cartoon Network is a piece of crap. Billy & Mandy, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, etc. Hell, don't you call that crap cartoons? It's too bad, boy I wish I had Boomerang. They show all the classics.
This is too bad, he'll never be forgotten whenever I watch one of his shows sometimes.

I remember those shows. Loved them. The current ones are crap. RIP.

And, while kind of on topic, I once watched Boomerang on an airplane fight and it got me and my brother sick. I don't know what it is, but I never want to see Boomerang again.
