I remember the judge declaring a few days ago that he had to be hanged within the next 30 days. They didn't waste any time.

I heard about this earlier today too. I guess that's one more bad lot we no longer have to worry about.

One annoying thing is, I can't find the video of him getting hanged. All the videos I could find showed right up to just before the actual process, but none of them actually got there. :\

He didn't deserve the Death Penalty, nobody does -- no matter the circumstance. He would of suffered more with life inprisonment.

So if a murderer came into your house, raped your mother, killed your father, and killed the rest of your family, and he was caught, you would let him live? People don't change, it wont matter how they feel in prison, they deserve to die for their actions. He helped killed thousands of people in a short period of time (like 10 years or so) he helped kill american soldiers, do you still think that he doesn't deserve to die? Because by saying that you would basically let him go into your house and do whatever he wanted...he deserved it and god bless america

I think what Shocko meant was that he's worth more alive than dead. He could have been useful if he was kept alive. His death only led to pissed off insurgents and satisfied families. What would you rather have? Crying mothers and fathers or enraged terrorists fighting with more resolve than ever before?

Not only is what Do-0dan right. I ment what I said, death penalty is wrong no matter the circumstance, I might wish the person faced the death penalty for their actions, but it would still remain to be wrong to kill them.

Well you know executions have been here since the beggining of time. Even bibles talk execution like breaking the commandments,murder and others.

But now Saddam is dead. No point in saying "Why did they do it". It just happend.

Next time they should use a Guillotine. Less gory.

The ultimate torture:

Secretly videotape the "last moments" of him (pretend he's about to die), so u can all laugh at the pathetic stuff he says on what he thinks is his last moments (he wont care wut he says, cuz hes gonna die)... Cuz ppl shout some rediculous stuff when they're in a dangerous situation... Saddam would be totally humiliated and go crying to his mama... wut a noob XD
