Okay... the problem started with me trying to download Windows live Messenger. This freakin error message came up which was like "error code 1601 ur freaked" or somethign like that...
So, I investigate on google for couple minutes, and it said there might be something wrong w/ my windows installer. So, I go to msconfig and Windows Installer is disabled. I try and ENABLE, but it said i dont have administrative powers...
WTF
How the hell do I get the power back?
If it isn't your computer and someone else in the house has administration powers then just as Syphon said shut down your computer and start it back up press F8 and it will get you into SAFE MODE after you choose safe mode then the loading screen will come up and then the screen name screen and click on Administrator and then just enable or change your account to administrator.
