Well recently I started my computer and got an error message saying that it could not find or an error accrued with ipwins.dll and it asked me to re-install it to fix problem well does anyone have a clue where i can get it? and has anyone ever got this error before?

Fix your computer with SpyBot and be glad that its missing ipwins.dll.

Google told me you dont want to restore it.
