This is fun! Though bounding drunk is nearly impossible. Only one thing: Other maps have had lights beating to music too.

Ominous bound had that. I've seen some defences too. (Wierd enough), but I can't remember their names now.

could each player turn their music off, and back on with it still syncnhed up?

It looks like a great bound Sarge, I like bounds with special features. smile.gif
ADDITION:
I'm disappointed on the drunken mode sarge. The observers don't always stay around the ling so it's always blurry, unless your just standing still, either you should have made the ling slower (might make it harder to beat obs), or create observers somehow in the ob so the obstacles are blurry. I might try that sometime if you don't want to.

I haven't played the map yet..so what is the drunken feature? Is it where your screen keeps moving? Is it where the ling does random movements on its own? confused.gif

No, a bunch of observers go on top of you to create the blurry effect, so it makes it hard to see the ling. The problem is the ling is to fast so when you are playing each obstacles, the ling can sometimes run ahead so you can see your ling. Which is why I made my post before this.

Actually doom, your theory is unfortunately incorrect, since you think that my triggers are as simple as order obs to ling at all times.

The triggers are as follows:
Custom 1/2 x 1/2 location always centered on ling.
Always order 10 observers to move to that location
Condition: P1 brings 0 ling to location, center all observer onto location.

So, by standing on the very tip of the location, yes, you can get part of your ling out of the blurry effect. But while moving, it is impossible to escape it, but the blurry effect is dimmed out, since the observers don't all stack on the location, they are spread out a bit.

I could have the observers always centered on the ling, but unfortunately that drastically slows the ling down, and i just wanted him slowed down a bit ( which is what it does ).

It not only gives a blurry effect, but makes slows down the ling a little bit, and makes him turn slower. You can change the speed decrease of ling by changing the location size.

Thats wrong also, because you cant moved stacked obs onto a 1x2 square, they will distort, it wont be as blurry

Cloaked wraiths are extremely a lot faster then observers, hook them up with cloak and you can fix the problem a little bit (not a lot, but a little happy.gif).

There is no problem
The are being moved by triggers to the ling, not being ordered to move ........
